Returns and Refunds are accepted in the following cases only:
1- Items lost in the mail: Once confirmed with the shipping provider that the items is lost, a full refund of the item price is issued excluding the shipping fees and no return is required.
2- Items are received damaged: After providing pictures of the item in its original packaging damaged and photos of the damages occurred to the item during shipping a full refund of the item price is issued excluding the shipping fees and no return is required. If the damages occur when the customer is not properly unpacking the item or after using it, no returns or refunds are accepted.
3- Wrong items despatched: If the wrong item is dispatched, the customer is entitled for a full refund of the item price excluding the shipping fees. Then the customer is free to keep the wrong item and request the despatch of the correct item if still want it instead of a refund.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the complete information stated above.
